They have always been a responsive developer and one that creates good products. They continually revised and improved GSX for P3D by adding more and more new features for many years, with only one paid upgrade during that time. I would be very surprised if this pattern isn't repeated with GSX Pro for MSFS also. Finally, I can agree with comments that the processes in GSX can appear time/labour intensive and not necessarily intuitive. However, the 'fundamental flaw' tends to have been people not reading the manual properly first.
