Heck, we haven't even seen the first update yet on the Marketplace.

That was my thought…I normally don’t buy aircraft in the marketplace but I recall this one was a really good sale price.  Lesson learned.  It’s inconceivable how it can take Asobo so long to green light an update.  Unnecessary really.

And updated again to v2.1.1

Can't find a change log, but it's minor things in the cockpit. I'm hoping they've reduced the size of the heading bug. That bloody great triangle obscures about twenty degrees of the scale.

V 2.1.2 has been released.. flies nicely now 🙂

Yes indeed, and the heading bug is fixed!  The Islander is now one of my favourite aircraft in MSFS.👍

New textures inside and out, new animated doodads (chocks, covers) outside, the doors and windows all open, the gauge graphics all redone, electrical system overhauled. I know this from the V2 videos on Youtube. This plane was off my radar until I noticed the ratings in the marketplace rising slowly. It's old school steam gauge with the old school VOR's and ADF needles.
