PMDG Servers down ... is the -800 release imminent?

I've just completed doing some liveries for the -700 and -800 and tried to export the ptps from the PMDG OPs Centre - without success.

I am getting a notification to say that the PMDG servers cannot be reached at present - I am using the very latest update for the OPs Centre, bwt.  I know the -800 has been announced for release prior to the end of August, so the question is whether anyone knows if there has been a more recent announcement that the -800 is to be released shortly?  Or is there another explanation for the inability to use the PMDG servers?

I'm guessing Monday like the 737-700.  That way they aren't jumping through hoops over the weekend..

They gave themselves a 9 day window to drop the 737-800. That’s a lot of wiggle room in case they need to fix last minute bugs but it sucks for those who are waiting.

Their webpage did say " sale restricted"  under MSFS category. So, they must be now getting ready.

My guess is they are closely monitoring the CTD situation.  As that appears to be "resolved" perhaps PMDG is moving to press forward but I couldn't see them releasing in the middle of the CTD issues that gave GSX such a perceived black eye when it wasn't the faulting party...  Until MS/Asobo re-assure PMDG those issues are resolved I can't see the -8 being released.  Too much risk for PMDG...  

Hopefully all the stars align though!  I plan on doing my most comprehensive sim v sim challenge and doing the same flight back to back in both sims with the same aircraft, same route, same scenery add-ons, same ATC using GSX in both and truly "see" the difference.  It's something I haven't actually done yet LOL!
