Anyone know if the built-in ground crew actually can do anything in the 738?  I summoned the fuel truck w/ a target load, it said it was attaching but never did, and the Start button never lit up.  Same same for loading baggage the cart showed up but that was about it.  Haven't picked up GSX yet and wonder how the 738 plays with it currently if anyone can comment.  LOVE this plane though!!!!

Did you empty the plane's fuel and cargo first? Sounds like a silly question but I had the the first few times I flew until I realized the aircraft loads with bags and fuel on board and you have to take it off before it will load. My solution was to edit the panel state so there are no bags and low fuel on board.

MSFS 2024. Primary Planes: Black Square TBM850, Duke, Baron, Caravan; A2A Comanche; FSReborn Phenom; Fexix A321; PMDG 737-7, 777: Utilities: Active Sky (Passive Mode); BATC, FSLTL.

I've had some weird issues with the built in ground handling lately. I enjoy the feature but the pushback has been buggy for me. I can't override the pushback distance (doesn't work) and the plane never turns, just goes straight back. Also, sometimes the baggage handlers never connect and it gets stuck on "arriving" even though it doesn't look like anything is in the way. Often I have to just go into the Payload option and instantaneously load in the proper weights.

Here genius...try running your GSX when your installer looks like this:

So, are you saying you don't understand why GSX is not running, and you show a screenshot where GSX not even installed ?

And all this drama, just because you didn't like the perfectly sensible choice of not blindly loading a SimBrief profile not meant for the airplane ? It's called DESIGN CHOICE, and you can provide with the opinions you want, but in the end, the final decision how to make a software is not yours.

MY own decision is that, I think your suggestion of loading profiles for any airplanes, even if would result in drastically different passenger numbers (let alone Fuel quantities ), would all end up in most users assuming GSX is buggy, because it tried to load 400 passengers and 400K lbs of fuel in a 737 "just because SimBrief said so"

Not sure why you always feel the need to just attack everyone.

"So, are you saying you don't understand why GSX is not running, and you show a screenshot where GSX not even installed ? "

No, he never said that. He said he'd removed it because he didn't like the software, and he posted that screenshot as a way to respond to the other user that told him to not "bash" (his words, not mine) GSX after getting a refund.

You are free to develop your software however you wish, but don't forget that we (your paying customers, though never again after seeing the way you respond) are EQUALLY free to question your choices. Unfortunately for you, apparently you take any form of feedback as a personal insult and you immediately start attacking anyone who says anything - polite feedback, constructive criticism.. doesn't matter, your software is perfect in your eyes and us poor users just don't understand anything.

FSDT is definitely not a company that I would ever do business with again based on reading your responses to perfectly reasonable feedback; yes, some users are rude, but I've been reading your posts over the past week or so, and apparently you can simply never admit fault, and you like to always blame other people - the user, Asobo, the weather, whatever.

Your software is a minor, nice-to-have quality of life improvement, and certainly not a must-have essential tool and it's most definitely not worth the treatment you mete out to your poor users - when you are Oracle, you can get away with it, but FSDT is not quite in that league.

I know you're going to respond by attacking me now, call me an word not allowed, or say that of course FSDT doesn't need people like me buying your software.. and feel free, your opinion is of course your own. I, however, have added you (and your company) to my ignore list solely thanks to the way you respond to customer feedback.

Attack "everyone" ? Have you even followed what kind of tones and attitude he's been using ?

So you agree with him, that it would have been best to have GSX loading flight plans for the wrong airplane ?

Or, you are just saying "You are right, but I don't like your manners", fair enough, your point is taken. Let's go back to the software...

When I say something's not working because of a limitation of the sim, it's not something that is opened to discussion. It's a fact

If anybody thinks my explanations of a problem caused by a limitation of the sim or the SDK or a bug is factually incorrect, it should be easy to disprove it.

And I never "blame users", it's not their fault if this sim crashes or has bug. Sometimes, it would help if the manual is used.

Anyone know when the 900 series will be released?

Randazzo said each variant would approximately be released 6 weeks after the last one.  I think the 600 released more than 6 weeks after the 700 released though.  So take Randazzo's estimates with a grain of salt.

The 800 released less than 6 weeks after the 600 though.

What is the expected price of the 900 going to be?

If I had to guess... Same as the 600?

Ok, makes sense, and no, I didn't.  Thanks for the tip I'll give it a whirl ;o)

That was the entire point of his post, Umberto. He was responding to the comment that suggested that he had been refunded, but would continue to use the product. He had every right to be annoyed at that post by MDFlier.

No chance. The 600 package has one option. The 900 package will have a lot more than that. I would expect it to be $60 or more.

If the 900 comes with a BBJ and a Cargo my guess it will be in the 60-70 dollar range Like Chirs said above.
