A new SU10 beta update, build 1.27.17.0, is now available for all platforms (PC/MS Store, PC/Steam, and Xbox Series X|S). Please see below for the release notes.

General:

• Several crashes have been fixed across the title
• Memory optimizations

VR:

• Fixed the default opening position in VR
• In flight panel window positions are now saved after closing and reopening from the toolbar in VR
• Fixed Toolbar Panels opened in VR are still opened when switching to normal mode
• Fixed the raycast not being aligned with the arrow and the white dot when moving the motion controllers in VR

SimConnect:

• It is now possible to request final approach leg, missed approach leg and multiple Indicator while requesting Approach type using NavData API
• Some keys used by NavData API have been rewritten

@MarcG Is always complaining about VR. Maybe he will like this beta update.

I doubt it. I think they would have mentioned NVidia and DX 12 if that were the case. They are probably still working with NVidia on the DirectX 12 issues and this probably isn’t it.

My PMDG 737-800 now has been stuck loading for 20+ mins, Not sure if this broke something but cant load in anymore.

Started the sim four times.  Still no upgrade..Still 1.26.5.0  Also tried Microsoftsoft Store.  No upgrade.

Will keep trying.

I think the PMDG 737-800 needs to recompile with each new version of MSFS. Recompiling is also required for each different version of the 737-800 (ie. switching from passenger to BBJ2 would require a compile for BBJ2).

If a new beta version for MSFS releases, expect a recompile again. But the recompile is only run the first time, it should be faster to load after that,

Normally my PC only takes about 5-7mins, So this was not normal.
