Just out of curiosity do you have the PMS530 mod installed and if so does removing that make any difference ?

Yes, I do. I will remove it and give it a try and report back shortly.

Bert,is the EHSI's CDI working right for you when coupled to the TDS GTNXi?

Here is an interim "workaround" that has the VOR2 gauge doing double duty..  In GTN GPS mode, it shows the HSI CDI and GSI, in VLOC mode it shows the VOR2 needles.  Unzip and drop into the Community folder,

I will. I am making a list.

For the person that asked, removing the PMS530 mod had no impact at all.

After reading feedback I’m glad I didn’t buy it. I better save money for King Air and Wilga 🙂

Am I the only one noticing a discrepancy with the airspeed indicator? Whilst in cruise LNM/Simconnect shows 216 Indicated Airspeed, but in the cockpit it shows ~200.

Also noticed via the PMS750 autopilot when I had it set to 160 IAS climb it was maintaining ~145 knots in the cockpit.

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is how Carenado makes money.

Will Carenado change their mind and have downloads from their own site?

Will reports sent to them on problems be at the mercy of Asobo when they will be updated.

Rudder required appears to be dependent on wind conditions... no wind.. no rudder..?

I will go as far as to say I enjoy some of the Carenado aircraft more than the JF Arrows - they don't leave my hangar much anymore

Ive neutral about Carenado aircraft quality but would like to find out more about this one. I got the JF Arrows the other day over Carenado Mooney after reading all the hype on forums, only to be slightly annoyed. They havent lived up to the hype for me. Dont know if Turbo Arrows fly this way, but I find they require huge yoke inputs for things to happen (using Honeycomb Alpha). At other times, I'm fighting to trim them. Using the same curves for most aircraft, but there is something off about the Turbo Arrows. I do like the systems depth, but an aircraft that is not enjoyable to fly is not going to leave my hangar very often. Looking to you Carenado for inspiration.

Edit: Just saw AvAngels review...ouch. Happy to hold out for SWS's take on it.

I must admit it's tempting. But I think I'll wait for SWS .Don't really need another one from puppy mill factory

This first release is buggy and fps hungry... waiting a bit might be the smart way to go.

Hopefully, an update will improve the picture.. lets see 😉

Lovely. That's 20 quid I can put towards the gas bill instead.

I've always purchased the Carenado PC-12's on all platforms, always had issues on first release, always been happy with the end result

At £20.99 this aircraft is great value IMO
