blue bagage car in FSX under ground

Hello allmy blue bagage car in FSX are sittingwith the wheels always underground at airports.Any fix for that........tought i saw somewhere something about that but i missed it ,and now i can`t find it anymore...Any hekp for this Issue , pleaseregardsMario G
