What might cause GS not to capture?

Me too--100s in P3D and never...

NOT above glideslope

Nope--was tuned correctly and annunciated.

I don't recall but all was fine in that regard it was a very controlled approach.

Is your KBUF stock or addon?

Do you have Navigraph navdata installed in MSFS and PMDG aircraft?

Stock.

Good thought I had not updated the PMDG 738 so that probably was it thanks.  Again, it appeared as if it should have captured, but didn't those two times.
