Mind those runway conditions (aquaplaning!)

Regarding instruments readability, I think any FSR setting lower than full right produces blurry images. Maybe if things seem blurry, it's best to leave FSR at max and, if GPU is the bottleneck, set AA one notch down.

Just to make things easier , switched to NVidia and to my surprise there is no FSR equivalent in XP . I don't remember exactly what it's called for Nvidia.

I have that FSR too max but I believe it might not work with Nvidia ?

🤣. Interestingly enough, a lot of people don't realize that you hydroplane a lot. I never think about it until landing on short(5000FT) runways or dealing with crosswind components in heavy rain. Every now and then you notice it when you get that heavy anti  skid cycling shuddering you into the straps. You definitely get it when you have to come on the breaks earlier than usual.

I need to try this in XP since it has that surface effects , maybe the skids do slide ?

I Want to have to deal only with aquaplanning, not the 100+ other stuff that can bring a chopper down 😛

1000 things can bring a fixed wing down too 😛

🤣. When I first started flying helos in DCS world, that's exactly how I landed until I nailed down the approach, hover and touch down.

Apparently the FSR setting in XP12 works on nVidia GPUs as well. I have a GTX1660ti and can definitely see the difference when moving the slider.
