Long trip in the Seattle area.

Recommended Posts

Compared to my series on the surroundings of miami (So Natural. So True). Here the weather is mild and stable. I also noticed that the color of the sky is not the same here, which adds an extra dimension. The mountains are magnificent. The cessna is stable and a little heavy on the controls, but the fun is there. I was a bit high on the glide path when I arrived at Seattle airport. I am always impressed by large airports...

What add-ons do you have installed because this looks like MSFS?🧐  How far out does this detail cover and what's the cost$?  Just wondering what the price tag is to get XP12 to look like MSFS.😕

No, it doesn't look like  MSFS at all, I prefer the subtle balance of the overall rendering of what I shared. That makes all the difference. You ask questions like you already know the answers. For an enthusiast the cost, the money does not exist.

It is ORBX TrueEarth SD option (Does not take up space on the hard drive) and the magic happens . The GTA aspect of MSFS is completely gone.

It looks so good because the Lighting model in XP-12 is a step up from MSFS - MSFS is not bad at all, its just XP-12 that has made progress with lighting and atmospheric effects.

A long trip, and a good one, indeed, around Seattle from the comfort of our virtual cockpits...🙂....

And glad you're able to discover the subtleties of the regional variations via your SIM...
