Why live weather not works?

It happens sometimes. Remember, it is tied to the internet.

The LPPR METAR isn't reporting rain yet (it's 30 minutes out of date), so it won't show up in the sim.

Although there should be clouds, those are being reported.

Its raining here, but metar shows clouds.

Now, appear clouds on FS map, but start at LPPR, and still no clouds. Clear skies everywhere.

The version that was released 23rd Sept should be compatible with SU10. In fact I'm going to give it a try, have not used it in ages.

Latest ATIS that I can see from the ADDS is LPPR 281730Z 31004KT 270V350 9999 SCT038 17/15 Q1017

Would you say that the in-sim cloud depictions match that? If so, does the ATIS match real world photos? If not, then is that really the sim's fault?

As for why the OP is not matching what other people are getting with live weather in sim, I'm not sure.

Finally, after restart the game twice, start again in lppr, and after 15/20 seconds, the clouds appeared.

Check which server you are connected to. In the MSFS main menu click top right on your gamertag name. Server should be on automatic. Maybe you have a server set on the other side of the world. Or just slow internet 😉
