October 12, 20223 yr The Nav Lights during night a quite a little bit too big and bright. Is this an ASOBO issue?

I find that lights and overall appearance is much better with bloom off. This also reduces/eliminates the VRR low light flicker on some OLED panels. 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 64GB DDR5
October 12, 20223 yr Did you have some CTD since you use FSTL ? I had 2 CTD since I install it, the event viewer is not very helpful (the application error is flightsimulator.exe, ok I kinda have guess it), I suspect it might be related to FSTL considering previously I did not had crash and it is the only thing that changeon my installation in the meantime. On the other hand I had a bunch of other fly with FSTL with no issue so just want to know I you experience some random CTD since you use FSTL or if I have to look for another culprit. Thanks
October 13, 20223 yr Apologies for what I'm sure is another question already answered earlier in the thread, but is it possible to use FSTL models instead of default models, but use the default AI? I'm finding FSTL injected traffic can cause some FPS hits in heavy traffic areas (I know it can be adjusted, but...) i910900k, RTX 3090, 32GB DDR4 RAM, AW3423DW, Ruddy girt big mug of Yorkshire Tea

Just select real-time online traffic in MSFS and don't start the FSLTL injector. And make sure fsltl-traffic-base is in the community folder. 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 64GB DDR5
October 13, 20223 yr I finally decided to remove this and AIG models. The increased load times of the game just weren't worth the benefit of seeing some AI with real liveries every once in a while. That's great, if we can get global liveries on SU11's improved default AI that'll make things a lot smoother. Will give it a go tomorrow! i910900k, RTX 3090, 32GB DDR4 RAM, AW3423DW, Ruddy girt big mug of Yorkshire Tea
October 13, 20223 yr Remember guys, that you can still use FSLTL injector to inject only static aircrafts that doesent depart. It will take some fps but is worth do it with setting 1. I have been using that method since launch of FSLTL. Real time online works really good atm and the exit speed bug has been given directly to to the devs acknowledge.

Btw, do you get some default models with Asobo liveries? Also, I'm getting some nonsensical airliners, like a Germanwings A319 in Sydney... Also, I'm getting some nonsensical airliners, like a Germanwings A319 in Sydney... Well, i am not home atm. I will do some benchmarks later before i will get on to this real time online more. But in theory, there is no fall back system with real time online, but you can make you own with "icao_generic = 1" atribute. Let me explain, choose model that has biggest amount of liveries -) go to that model folder and open aircraft.cfg -) change "icao_generic = 0" to "icao_generic = 1". In future, if livery or model isnt found by real time online, it will fall back that choosed model. But if there isnt livery for it, it will pick random one from that model. This way we should not see Asobos generic models, but if you do... there is "icao_generic = 1" is those models also. I have allways disabled those and used my 3rd party model as a fall back generic. B738 or a320 should work fine as "icao_generic = 1".

Thanks, I'll look into it. There's some reports that simconnect injected AI does not work as well as default live AI in SU11, so default is probably a better option at the moment. 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 64GB DDR5

Looks like FSLTL with MSFS AI Online is now a bit of a mess. I'm seeing some default liveries (with the pointy nose) and also some with white textures from FSLTL. With SU10 this didn't happen. As Corsten said, there was no fallback with SU10 when using AI online, but now there is, so it picks up any livery it finds, including default ones and white FSLTL too. October 13, 20223 yr From FSLTL: Quote Our advice right now - want to use FSLTL - don’t install beta SU11 or rollback to SU10. The regressions from SU10 are so impactful it’s made our injector unusable for now. https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/traffic-changes-implications-to-simconnect-fsltl-aig/549164/27 And: Quote If you are using beta SU11 - please do not start raising support queries about why aircraft are not at the right altitude, going the wrong way, not landing..... we have only just go access to this beta too - Asobo appears to have broken many things with respect to simconnect injected traffic. If you can reproduce your problem on stable SU10 - raise a support ticket - otherwise there is nothing we can do at this stage while we test and try and get answers. https://discord.com/channels/781587165989175386/1022978963632570398/1029899256741498932 Edited October 13, 20223 yr by Cpt_Piett 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 64GB DDR5

Did you test with "icao_generic=1" method i did post earlier? It wont fall back to b738 if it is icao_generic=1?
