Aspen x scenery...MOST impressive

Recommended Posts

Guest cliffie1931

When I ran into download problems (with my computer, not their file) with Aspen X, Aerosoft didn't simply "talk the talk" but they "walked the walk" by being as helpful as they possibly could. This morning their efforts paid off as I had the pleasure of flying over what may be the best scenery add-on I have yet encountered. I have no connection with Aerosoft and consequently have no reason the recommend their products. However if you can share in my pleasure why not let you know of my experience? The scenery turned out to be as outstanding as their service.Cliff

I think you need to reread the original post. How does one show a screenshot of good service?Doug

No it's not useless: I purchased Aspen after reading a similar post: I went to the site, looked at their screenies - and then I bought it. The OP's comment is perfectly fine and inoffensive to no-one.Also - as I was for a number of years - he may not have the skillset required to produce 1024 x 768 screenies that are less than 150k.Regards, and Thank you, Cliff. I agree - it is a great and unique scenery! :-)

Yes..it is indeed nice and I like it very much. I wish they would do Innsbrook as well. But I do have an issue in general. This may not be Aerosofts problem at all. I am going to be a little bit more demanding for FSX when it comes to texture resolution. Unreasonable or not I expect a higher resolution for FSX than for FS9. Maybe high resolution textures are hard to come by for Aspen. I just wish, it had a higher resolution texture. The same goes with Aerosoft's Monoco. After seeing the freeware "Bluesky" high resolution LA downtown for FS9, I am finding it difficult to deal with low resolution textures for FSX sceneries. I feel this is one area one can leverage much better.Manny
