CSV File does NOT exist

Hi,

As of late I am receiving this Error when I start RAAS in MSFS2020:

You tried this:

You need to reinstall RAAS, then go to the settings dialog and uncheck the "AUTO DETECT SCENERY CHANGES".

Also send the following log contents: raas-data-proc.log  and also FS2Crew RAASPRO Log.log

located in:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\FS2Crew MSFS RAASPRO

Yes, we need the Log.  You may have a bad airport or something in there.

Hi,

Ok, I can clearly see that the scenery reader that scans your MSFS scenery failed, and as a result, the CSV file wasnt created. In my case, in my machine, the RAAS_runway_data.csv is created successfully, and the resulting log contents are as follows:

The difference is in the raas-data-proc.log!

What would be the recommended procedure to eliminate this error? Remove scenery from the community folder one by one?

To eliminate this error is to have the "RAAS_runway_data.csv" file in the:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\FS2Crew MSFS RAASPRO

This file comes by default there, after your install RAASPRO, in other words, there is a default file located there. This file contains most of the default (unencrypted) airport data that comes with MSFS. However, there is an option in RAASPRO settings window named "AUTO DETECT SCENERY CHANGES", which allows RAASPRO to rebuild/recreate the "RAAS_runway_data.csv" file, on every RAASPRO launch, basicly, it replaces the default file with a file built from your machine's installed MSFS airport data, by scanning the scenery. However, this process seems to fail, and the default file is deleted, as a result, you see the error. However, the best would be to scan your scenery and build a new file, because, the default will not have your add-on airport data installed on your machine. We already have the programmer that made the scenery scanner analyzing at your issue. But to keep the default file (which does NOT contains your add-on airports data)

1. Run RAASPRO
2. Open RAASPRO settings dialog, and uncheck the "AUTO DETECT SCENERY CHANGES"
3. Close RAASPRO
4. Reinstall RAASPRO
5. And Relaunch it
6. Check that the CSV file is still in:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\FS2Crew MSFS RAASPRO

Can you specify if you installed any new scenery as it seems to have worked before?
What does "As of late" exactly mean?

Hi Manuel,

I started RAAS in MSFS and I received the above error.

So I used the settings menu and un-ticked the "Detect Scenery Changes Automatically". Exit MSFS, uninstall and re-install RAAS PRO ( I also checked that the RAAS_runway_data.csv did exist.

Since I am using MSFS Addon Launcher, I deselected ALL sceneries.

I than restarted MSFS, and launched RAAS PRO - it detected the Airport and runway. So I will enable one scenery and try RAAS to find where the problem occurs.

Here the requested file:
