Currency conversion and add-on costs..

The current asking price for the new new mission releases From Aerosoft is $19.95 Euro. When I use the currency exchange gizmo the price in US dollars is around $27.00 (which is not a good value). However their site shows US $22.85 at the checkout screen? Am I using the wrong the exchange rate? I don't get out much and apologize for not understanding the currency symbols.:) Bob..

Maybe the European price is simply higher because of the added VAT (taxes).

Yup.. Non Euro customers don't have to pay VAT.So they list something as XXX Eur (Incl VAT), it approximates to $XXX (without VAT)Manny

No Bob, you are a lucky man-you dont live in europe. I was a UK resident for 2 years-paid about 40% income tax, council tax, company provided me a home and an audi but i had to pay tax on that, tv license and what have you. The only thing the did not tax me was my smiling, crying, my toilet activities and for a few months when my wife was there, my bedroom activities!
