Really nice ! I'll keep my NGXu in the mean time, this one will be a good complement. P3D v5 is very mature at the moment IMHO, even though I am drooling over MSFS screenshots v5 is still very much to my taste.

Flightdeck looks great. Thankfully that's where people will spend most of their time since the exterior leaves something to be desired in my case. Cool to still see addons come out for P3D I guess. Impressive what they can get to work in that sim these days.

Wow, impressive ... amazing how P3D can look when it's features are supported by developers. 

iFly 737 has been one of my primary aircraft of choice lately due to their continued support of P3D as other vendors move away with incomplete products in other platforms.

iFly has spent considerable time specifically on P3D v5 features (many of which are not part of P3D v4). My view is that P3Dv5 is great, and MSFS has evolved to be great also, and they can serve different, if at times overlapping purposes.

That's the thing, outside of Orbx, Flightbeam, Fsdreamteam and Flytampa and a few others, most developers did the bare minimum to be compatible. This sometimes meant only recognizing the V5 registry entry but still placing year 2013 fsx compiled bgl and mdl files (and not using the xml install format). Prepar3d's backwards compatibility was also its detriment as many took the easy way out which was a huge disservice to the platform.  Props to iFly and I wish them success across all platforms they develop for.

Do they have any plans to make the displays more accurate? That’s always been a con against iFly when compared to the competition…

Steve will this be sold as a stand alone add on or does it require purchasing the 737-800 base package?
