MSFS 2020 freeze at Fly

Since the last update, after some scenery or addon is installed, I set the departure and hit Fly the sim always freezes. 

I  have to close it from Task Manager, after I delete the cache, then everything works fine till something new is installed or till l go the main menu and then try to hit Fly again.

What could be the problem?
