And even better than "scripted" failures, is using the MTBF option in the failure screen, so that you have to deal with unplanned events and failures as a real pilot would.

Also, the movement of the aircraft in the air is so good. The interaction of XP flight dynamics and its atmosphere, compared with real life videos, is the most realistic I've ever seen.

Usually I use the MTBF setting, but for the video above (and others) I have chosen to fail at a given altitude/speed/whatever, for not being forced to wait "forever" 🙂.
