What 40th Anniversary Aircraft Will you Fly First?

Featured Replies

With the number of free aircraft coming our way it’ll be a hard choice which one to take to the skies with first.

I was thinking A310 would be first, since that’s what I’m most looking forward to (especially in Air Transat and Canadian Forces liveries, hint hint 😀) but given that’s an aircraft I’ll probably want to do a longer flight in I figure I’ll do a bit of a survey of some other aircraft first.  Maybe the Spruce Goose first since it’s so unique and a bit of a spectacle?  Maybe the 407 to see how the next helicopter physics are working?

Choices, choices, I feel like I have to pinch myself with all of this free stuff we’re getting.

How about you?

Dave

The Beaver which is the only one I really want.

 9950X3D - X870E Aorus Master- TUF 5090 OC - 64GB DDR5 - 1500W HXi - Titan 360 RX LCD - 9100 Pro x 2  - LG 45GX950A - HOTAS Warthog with Ava Base

Well, it really only makes sense to fly the Wright Bros. Flyer first.

"That's what" - She

The A310.

I don't think the Wright flyer will be flown more than once or twice by most people if it's similar to the previous incarnation in FSX.

Intel Core i5-12600k, Nvidia RTX 4070 Super, 128 Gigs.

Helicopter and a glider first, just to have a look at the new physics/aerodynamics etc. Then probably the DC-3 and the Grumman Goose. The others will get an outing or two, but after that I'll be focused on the A310. I agree with @regis9 - all this is a bumper Christmas present. Thank you Asobo! 🙂

Surely not everybody was kung fu fighting.

Never liked default aircraft. I will stick with the Fenix and Kodiak.

DC-3 and the Beaver.

9950X3D, PNY 5090, 64GB DDR5 6000, MSI X870-P, GIGABYTE AORUS Gen5 2TB NVMe, 3440x1440 AW3423DW gsync ultimate.

The only one that i will fly. The a310.

Looking forward to the Beaver and I hope somebody posts the Habour Air livery for the Beaver shortly after it's released!

I'm also looking forward to the iniBuilds A310!

Some of these will be high fidelity aircraft though, like the iniBuilds A310. Technically, we are getting some payware quality aircraft, much better than the typical default aircraft, in SU11.

The A310... while I wait for an Aerolíneas Argentinas livery.
