I just saw this on the org

Flightmodel:
+The pitchup tendency after takeoff is now gone
+Climb and supersonic flight work well with the new airfoils
+Landing speeds need to be better setup
+Landing performance is already pretty good, avoiding bounces after touchdown
+In XP12 Autopilot bugs showed up that require investigation

GUI:
The Graphical User Interface stopped working completely under X-Plane 12. It was necessary to rebuild it. That took up quite some resources, especially the Mac version.
During this, the GUI was overhauled.
+Both GUI and checklists can now be switched to window mode and placed to a second monitor.
+The route loading page (fms plans) was completely redone. Including the underlying function that loads and applies the fms plans.
+The whole flightplan can now be viewed on the GUI before it is applied
+The load and apply functions are capable to even handle waypoints that are not present in the X-Plane database

+The Payload Manager got quick settings for the fuel amount. This way it is possible to quickly set up the airplane for short, medium and long range trips, even without the use of the Fuel Manager.
+The detailed Fuel Manager is still in the GUI package and was overhauled
+The new flightplan page shows the initially set route plus the weight and fuel values, plus other useful data as an overview.

+In the settings it is now possible to mute the crew speech
+Many other updates were applied to the GUI that is now even more versatile

Timeline:
Your input and feedback was not forgotten. There is still quite a lot to do before the release of v3. As in most cases, work takes longer than expected. So the release will take time.
Thank you for your support! Especially to those who bought v2 lately. Even with the little upgrade fee you don’t spend a lot more than waiting for v3. Since Concorde v3 will cost more than v2.
We work hard to bring you v3 in late December but only if the quality is good. I will keep you up to date.
