I have the MSFS2020 Steam edition and when installing the Fenix A320 (C: disk) it doesnt show up under «Aircrafts» in the MSFS 2020 Aircraft list. What do I wrong?

The Fenix team have looked into my ticket submit and escalating the ticket not giving back a response after 4 weeks after submit . Help!

Did you follow the default installation path and nor change it? Have you tried the Fenix Discord and raised a ticket? Reads like you have though. Fenix are good at fixing things generally.

You might get more help if you post more details. Do you see the Fenix in your community folder?

It is very straight forward which is why none of us know what you are talking about. We never had problems.

Start simple.

Do you have the Fenix app and the Fenix livery manager in your start menu?

Have you run either one?

Do you have a 'fnx-aircraft-320' folder in your community folder?

Where is the Community-folder? (Steam)

As far as I can see, the default location (for the Steam version) is:

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages

I cannot ascertain this, as I have never used the default installation folder for MSFS. Inside the Packages-folder in the above path are two folders located:

Community
Official

Hope that made sense...

@airbusa333
I'm not exactly sure what your issue is?! From the screenshots, it looks like you've installed the Fenix Airbus. Have you tried running the "FenixSim A320" shortcut on your desktop afterwards? You need to activate the plane/software afterwards.

I have run the FenixSim A320 shortcut on my desktop- entered my SimBrief username and clicked «Apply»

How do I «activate the plane /software afterwards»?
