Yep! That's what I'm talking about it my post, it's called delta updating. We've built a new installer system to support it. Soon we'll be able to push 5kb updates to system software instead of distributing the entire 1.4gb installer.

I tried searching for an answer if we install the patch over the original install or do a fresh install from downloaded update. Does anyone know how to install the latest patch?

Up till now the recommendation from Fenix (Aamir and Dave both) is just install over existing. No uninstall needed.
