xp11 gns 530 installation problem

hi everybody, i made a new reinstallation of 750 and 530 products for xp11. the 750 installation was done without problems. but when i try to reinstall the 530 using the flight1 username and password i get the message "there was an error retrieving data from the server etc etc". some help please? thanks

i thought to delete the post but maybe it is usefull: i run as administrator the exe file and everything worked fine. maybe it was accidental, i don't know.
