We all know Got Gravel and Got Friends, now with their STOL-ultimate PZL Wilga. 

Go anywhere (slowly), land anywhere, roll out your hammock and strum the guitar and take in the incredible detail that is the virtual Wilga. Read about it here on the Got Friends website. It's been well received and flies like you'd expect it to fly. A great addition for us low-and-slow flyers. 👏

Oh yeah, I'm in!

Decided to buy it because of the radial,  the airframe's funky shape,  and it's relationship with Patey's Draco.   /And because I've appreciated GFs freeware. 

Flew over the solar farm next to EGH2,   said to myself,   "This fight model is really decent.  Let's hold this right bank we're in,   land on the right main gear between the hedges at the end of the runway,  stay on the right main up to the hangar doors".

The Wilga didn't break a sweat.    Starting this thing is a nice experience too,  especially with it's doors open.  

Would love a version with open exhaust stacks instead of collectors and mufflers.  But it's probably not realistic,  they'd have to find audio to record,  and that's a lot to ask for.

i found an old soviet manual http://aviaclub.ru/uploads/media/Vilga-35A.pdf  According Page 11 has endurance table  best range (500km) is achieved cruising around 1600ft, at 60 kts . Which should take  about 4 hours 31 minutes flying time (no wind correction). By the way Wilga's best gliding speed appears to par with Cessna 172 around 65 kts

So it does include variants without the mufflers,  and the sound is good.  Really nice little bird.

Actually comes with several different engines, some with substantially more grunt.

For no reason (other than being of Polish descent) I really love this aircraft. It's the antithesis of all these 'orrible bizjets that clutter up my MSFS hangar. I'd love to own one in RL.

Token resistance - the wallet got plundered within hours. A great add-on and [also] a huge thank-you to GotFriends for all their work.

Can't get enough of Wilga. Here is my favorite old school 6 pack. All you need is one CDI, quick hands and Wilga Ppetty much IFR capable!

Yeah, I meant clipboard.  After writing my post I found it.  I have only owned it a day but already I am loving it.  It works nicely with the Arrows across America - Air Mail.   Who needs modern GPS.  Although I did cheat somewhat and created a Little Nav Map flight plane for trip I flew.
