Recommended Posts

Guest Richard Hill

I had to reinstall everything on my system. Windows XP, SP2, Updates to 08/06/07, and all required software. Now my FSX will not in my DVD. When I try to install with Explorer I get the following error. Only part of a read process memory or write process memnory request was compleated. This is the first for me, it installed fine before. If it is a bad CD I will switch to Xplane! I wwill not pay $35.00 to MS$ foir support. If have DVD burning sw, try removing it.If you dont, try calling support and asking for a new disk. Usually once its established there is really a media problem they are pretty good about that.

also if you have anti-virus running, disable it - that was the key with my copy of FSX...Mcaffee was running and screwing up the install, along with my burning software
