MSFS need to stop this! Update->Notifications ON

Hello,

I have just started msfs and this annoying Instrument Head-Up-Display Chase and  Cockpit CAM start appearing. I haven't even installed an update. Why is this still an issue?

How strange, this happened to me the other day. I started the sim up and the external view hud was on. There was one or two other changes somehwere as well when I looked but I can't remember what they were. You may want to check all your settings.

Go to options > assistance options > user experience.

 

Turn off

instrument heads-up display - chase cam

instrument heads-up display - cockpit cam

apply and save

Yeah, I had an assistance settings reset to "volocopter preset"  the other day. Totally annoying, albeit corrected in a few seconds.

This same thing has happened to me as well as some others across the last couple months. It is annoying to say the least. It's never happened to me before, until this last little update that we had a few weeks ago.

It happened to me in past once or twice in the past. I think culprit is in glitch of MSFS accessing "cloud  stored" user settings and therefore opting out to default.
