Cannot access website

I have reset my modem several times, but I still cannot access the website using either Chrome or Bing. Xfinity/Comcast Cable, USA, Northern Virginia.

Interestingly enough the site might be opened via cellphone internet connection.

Help would be appreciated.

Are you able to ping the server ?

Try flushing your DNS cache . Open cmd and type : Ipconfig /flushdns

Otherwise, if the site is also not reachable on your cellphone when you connect it to Wifi,  then try changing the IPv4 network setting of your PC and use 8.8.8.8 as primary DNS server.
