KJFK-CYVR part1 from 2

Hi simmers 😃

Because of the many pictures I split this thread into two parts.

Flightplan: IFR MD-11_Kennedy International (KJFK) to Vancouver Intl (CYVR) RW26R   Flighttime: 5h 16m

Very nice set of shots, PMP. Pretty much the complete opposite of what I like to do in the sim, as looking down at clouds and mountains really don't do anything for me when I'm simming, but these truly are wonderful shots, and I have the feeling I may have to get a copy of that plane, even though it would wasted on me in many ways. It looks so sharp, and for a man who's not that bothered about being up in the clouds, that first shot is magnificent. The third engine on that beast looks like it was borrowed from the Starship Enterprise - massive!

So, if you not have to kill your wallet i would say go had and get it, all for fun ( we all have only one life ).

To say she isn`t easy, but for fun it dosen`t matter that much, you will find a way to fly this good old airplane..

These are beautiful in so many ways PM.  To think, I actually worked this very plane in my life.  I remember when we installed the Olympic flame torch in a special container so it could stay lit during flight.  Plus other avionic work on it.  These bring back a lot of nostalgic and bittersweet memories for me, many thanks for these fine shots.  I hope you don't mind but I kept a few to use as desktop wallpaper.
