Because it's too good to be a freeware. It was a joke of course.

then right click on your post title and changing it to something more meaningful like "wow, will not buy this FBW A380 unless it's payware" makes more sense ... somehow...

indeed a great video, just amazing that these guys do this in their spare time for free! I get sick just when looking at this checkerboard thing for 5 secs, what a torture to deal with this for hours ;-). yes, 2023 will be a fun year

love it. I like meaningful titles. better than "oh my" or "help needed" or "look at this" or ... well, bickering again, I better stop now

I'm not an airliner guy -- and I personally have no great love for the A380 -- but I can see how this will really get the airliner types juices flowing. Regardless of my GA bent, it's very interesting to see this kind of behind the scenes content. Thanks @hollow1slo for sharing the link with us.

Holy A380 Batman 😳! I’m speechless, this looks absolutely stunning. Congrats to the developers, what a monumental undertaking!

Cheers,

Overall it looks very promising. The wingflex on takeoff did look a bit weird to my eyes though.

Unfortunately i won't be using it much since it just doesn't fit my mission profile.

This looks even better than I was expecting!

Even though I had to watch the video at 1.5x speed, the detail is fantastic. I'm so looking forward to this appearing in our hangars this year 🤞

It's a simulator. You can do whatever you like. Maybe, like -- having more than one mission?
