**1. SDK / Simconnect Error:**

A) Please run the PMDG 737 OPERATIONS CENTER and ensure you have the very LASTEST 737 updates installed from PMDG.  That is critical.  If you're not sure if you have the latest PMDG updates, check the PMDG OPS CENTER anyway.  9 times out of 10 that solves the issue.

B) Only load FS2Crew once you are physically in the aircraft.

C) Verify that the Enable SDK line is on your 737_Options.ini:

File location for the "737_Options.ini" :

WINDOWS MSFS VERSION:

[User]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\packages\p
mdg-aircraft-737\work

STEAM MSFS VERSION:

[User]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\pmdg-aircraft-737\work

*Note: Each 737 model will have its own separate folder.

You should see this line at the bottom:

[SDK]
EnableDataBroadcast = 1

If that SDK entry is on your 737_Options.ini  file and you still get the SDK error, you likely have a bad 737_Options.ini file.

-Delete the 737_Options.ini file.
-Restart MSFS.
-Load the 737 & shutdown MSFS to create a new 737_Options.ini file.
-Manually add this line to the bottom the ini file.

[SDK]
EnableDataBroadcast = 1

NOTE:

You can also add the Enable SDK line to the 737 Options ini file by running the EXE located in this path:

C:\Program Files (x86)\FS2Crew PMDG 737 SOP1 for MSFS\sdk_check

Bryan,

Thanks for getting back,both FS2 Crew and PMDG 737 800 are the lastest versions,but still the SDK entry was not in the 737 800 Options.ini file.I copied the file from the 737 700 put it in the 737 800 and it now works.
