Hi all and thanks for reaching out,

A lot of time has been spend during development on the rock as it’s an important part of the airport. We have spend a lot of time and effort getting it to the maximum quality possible with the very limited terraforming possibilities in the SDK and used complex methods to get the mountain looking already very close to the real thing. At this point we don’t see a way to make the mountain even more angular or pointing without terraforming changes in the SDK by Asobo.  As making it simply ‘more pointy / angular) would give a very very unnatural look and even more people would be reaching out, thrust me, we tried. To give a bit more perspective on the changes that were made, in the picture you see thehand crafted / Gayá mountain compared to our version.

Which one is which? Please don't tell me the left side is payware...

For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

I've just posted a set of comparison shots in the screenshots forum, if anyone is interested

Definitely an improvement in my eyes. Couple of other changes that may or may not have been intentional, but makes it much more workable AFAIC. Nice to see a developer responding so quickly.

Ryzen 9 7900X, Corsair H150 AIO cooler, 64 Gb DDR5, Asus X670E Hero m/b, 3090ti, 13Tb NVMe, 8Tb SSD, 16Tb HD, 55" Philips 4k HDR monitor, EVGA 1600w ps, all in Corsair 7000D airflow case. Sims in use - 2020, 2024, XP-12 and -11, FSX/SE, P3Dv4.5 and v5.4. DCS and AFS2 installed but rarely used
