Daher TBM Rudder trim

Looking at a TBM video tutorial of 2 years ago, it highlights that the trim for the rudder control is on the left hand side of the yoke, and when depressed, you can see the rudder trim indicator move on the middle screen.

That process does not work on the latest modification for the TBM, which makes it difficult to control when taking off - particularly if there is a cross wind.

Is this a known 'bug' - or am I missing something?

I posted about this problem, the TBM 930 rudder trim not working about a week ago, the thread is here:

 

In the end I assigned the trim movements to a rocker switch on the yoke.
