TPM 2.0 is not supported in Legacy and CSM Modes of the BIOS. Devices with TPM 2.0 must have their BIOS mode configured as Native UEFI only

TPM 2.0 OK but no secure boot (not UEFI) I’m waiting until the end of the year to change the mobo.

Upgraded to Windows 11 from Windows 10 two weeks ago and have had no problems with FSX, FSX-SE, AIFP, ADE, or TTools.  My only issues are with Windows 11 itself, but the overall experience has been just fine.  My fan works a lot more with Windows 11 but I've had no problems.
