MSFS ATC stops talking to me

This glitch is happening almost every flight now. At least 2 out of 3. Today, it was the pilot voice that was silent but I could hear ATC. 

With no AI at small airfields and silent ATC voices, I feel like I’m flying FS2000 again. Come on Microsoft. Fix this.
