UK2000 Scenery Crash

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

I found another AVSIM thread from 2018 which seemed to suggest that a single corrupted addon.xml file can cause P3D to CTD, so you may need to uninstall a few of your addons to isolate the source of the problem (assuming that a corrupt addon.xml file is the reason).

Try it with one of your problem airports and if it works then yes, use that method.

You'll need to uninstall first of course.

I think you can install in scenery.cfg via AO. There is an option for installation in the scenery.cfg.

I’ll give a try later on.

I’m sure you’ll need to use the official installer as you’ll need to provide your registration code. But when presented with the option choose scenery.cfg, not Addon.

Thanks. Will also check that.

Ok. I will uninstall the scenery and then install again.

@juaness, I'm not sure if you're aware of this but the UK2000 download area is being closed down later this year.

You'll need to save all your downloads and secure the registration codes.
