April 25, 20233 yr Hi I'm trying to buy the ATR but MSFS seems to think I live in the USA - I live in the UK. Selected the Download and Buy option. Asks for my Windows Authentication PIN which I entered - why is that needed?? Selected Pay by Credit Card and entered my card details It then asks for my address, but will only allow United States as the Country and asks for State (all US States) and ZIP code. So can't get any further. I've bought from the Marketplace before without any issues. Anyone seen this before and how did you fix it. Paul

Yeah, I know it's weird, that you have to change a settings in Windows, just to make a purchase in the MSFS marketplace. i5-12400, RTX 3060 Ti, 32 GB RAM

Thanks I was recently blocked from my banking account because I forgot a 0 in my phone number that I changed online... it was interpreted as a US number and I was literally blocked from online banking here in Germany... no idea what's the matter with the US these days 😄 For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

MSFS Steam users are required to purchase in the country the Steam account is set to, which of course can be changed (a bit risky on my opinion). April 26, 20233 yr Well ... I've bought a couple of aircraft via Marketplace with no problems - with localised NZ and in NZ Dollars. This time (for the ATR) it just keeps popping up with an error. Grrrrr.
April 26, 20233 yr UPDATE: It's the PAYPAL Gateway that doesn't seem to be working. A regular CC payment went through fine.
