If you are running the FS-ATC-Chatter 1.2.3 player it should detect the update and give you the opportunity to download those new clips.

Can you double-check that your FS-ATC-Chatter control panel says 1.2.3. My copy found it. Also, if you do a check now what is it giving you for a total clip count? It should be 47,996.

Hello Mark, this new error popped up just this week (was working OK until this morning: "An error occured. Please refer to log file for details. The error:Error creating window handle".

It also generates a log file which indicates unhandled exceptions (whatever that is). Tried running as admin and non-admin. Any ideas?

I downloaded and installed 1-2-3 but I determined that it only had the 'stock' 400 clips so I copied the Regions folder from 1.2.1 and pasted it into 1.2.3 and then all the latest updates prompt followed. 

Not sure what I was supposed to have done on install but I'm very pleased with the product and your support!

What the instructions tried to convey, was to not delete your original installation and to pick the same installation location as your current version. Maybe I did not make that clear enough.

Just downloaded the latest collection and noticed that there were 35 deleted files due to being "obsolete".  Since I also use Chatter in P2ATC I normally just copy the updated Chatter regions to my P2ATC Chatter region's location and let it overwrite the new entries.  Obviously, I can't do that with the deleted files as I don't know what they are.  Could you tell me what the 35 deleted files were so I can delete them from my P2ATC Chatter file?

Your files will have an OC- in front of them like OC-HTS-056.mp3.

I see they are all in Oceania, so I'll just delete that folder from P2A and copy and paste from the Chatter folder.
