So hilarious!

..and sad at the same time.

Eaglesoft developers made great products but a lot of, or so it seems, terrible business decisions. Or, they just ran out of steam....

Some of Ron Hamilton's comments in the thread linked above read like they were written by a robot who went to a screening of Avatar The Way of Water.

  • Why they would chose an angle, lighting and image quality to preview a product like this is definitely lost on me. I mean...why?

Reflects on PILOT’S attention to detail and quality … definitely not at the top!

Gulfstream? Good luck with that in a flight sim.

As cool as this could be....their recent 314 leaves a bit to be desired. This may be decent for those who don't have the Longitude already. I have spent a lot of time in the longitude and frankly a half baked X just doesn't excite me as much as something else could (like say a hawker or a big Embraer Praetor etc)

I'd like to see a substantial improvement in the quality of their Dash 7 compared to the Clipper (as well as some basic understanding of customer relations) before generating much enthusiasm for their future products.

Reminded me of all the nice planes that Eaglesoft Development Group used to make.

A shame they went under.

Did they?

Website & forums are still up. Hard to tell from their activity level as they are about as quick as a sloth on valium.....

Never was part of their business plan and I doubt it ever will.

Sad to put it mildly. When I tried the website earlier, it was a no go, but now it is loading. YT channel with 43 subscribers and 3 videos all 3 years old says it all. It was a one man show with barriers to viable forward input from the limited sized team.

Back to Pilot’s Citation X … the ball is in their hands to improve on the lessons learned from their previous releases.

where he said he wasn’t convinced MSFS was the future of flight simming

he, an x-plane developer?

60-130 fps. no CPU overclocking.

very nice.

Great looking jet even as It has taken me a while to like the Citation X.  I will follow this product and likely purchase.
I echo the sentiments on Eaglesoft.  I was mostly looking forward to their updates to the Beechjet 400.

Only FSX and P3D.

"where he said he wasn’t convinced MSFS was the future of flight simming"

my post was not meant to be serious. 😊

Always a red flag.
