Waiting on reviews before dropping $42 .  Thanks in advance !

I have to imagine this will be another product where they are creating weather 'bubbles' similar to the REX product so you will not see WX in the distance like you do with default live WX. It seems these WX products are quite a step backwards from what we already have in live WX.

Absolutely. As long as every weather addon for MSFS is simply unable to depict weather fronts in live weather, I save my money. Simple as that.

I agree with everyone.  Still have my hope on HiFi and Damian Clark if this ever comes to fruition >>>

I've been using xenviro2020 and have noticed some pros and cons compared to MSFS wx. However, I think it will take some time to achieve accurate weather depiction. One thing I've consistently noticed with xenviro2020 is that during thunderstorms at the same wx location and time, you can see lightning and thunder while MSFS struggles with this.
Furthermore, the visuals in relation to the SA are significantly different, as seen in the pictures at https://flightsim.to/product/xenviro2020. For example, on slide 2 of 8, the prevailing visibility is 6000, while in MSFS, it's not even close. Slides 5, 6, and 7 of 8 show BKN082, while MSFS is more likely to show OVC. On slide 8 of 8, MSFS shows clear skies, while the metar shows SCT 018.
Ultimately, the key factor is how ASOBO/MSFS engine creates all the cloud formations, types, and visibility. When they open up the wx to other parties and include an RVR option, we can expect some real improvements.

After what I consider a mediocre experience with Xenviro in X-Plane, I wouldn't consider putting out for it in MSFS.

Until MS/Asobo opens up the weather API, software like this are just another 'hack', like REX.....

Most of what is said on the Internet may be the same thing they shovel on the regular basis at the local barn.

I really like flying into weather systems in MSFS it is so great after experiencing years of sudden METAR changes. Which breaks the immersion for me, any new weather addon should have this otherwise big immersion breaker for me!

Unfortunately yeah.  I wouldn't call other programs hacks but yes the main point is the API is closed to anyone else.  We need it open to have better cloud formations and types, and implementation of visibility settings, RVR etc

I wouldn't just blindly pay 40 something smackeroos for a weather program for MSFS 2020, it's not doable in MSFS yet. No defined libraries to use. It couldn't be more than a money grab (quick before anyone figures it out!)
