February 19, 20242 yr I've ordered and paid for both the yoke and the tq, i've received the letter from Chris and had a few hopes, but not anymore. lost almost a 1000€. Now the site is deactivated there is no chance to refer to previous order and no chance to get in touch with Chris. Not fair..
April 9, 20242 yr I am in a difficult situation. As someone who has posted only positive things about Chris at FulcrumSim, I have to report being somewhat disappointed. After sending two emails and not receiving a reply over four days, I have on my hands a yoke where the switches/buttons no longer work. As someone who has zero electronics experience, I was hoping I would receive some kind of support. I'm now considering my options. Sorry but the guy is a crook, the dismissed of his company did not happened in a few days..he could have stopped people from ordering from a long time before as he knew what would happen. Instead he has waited until the very end taking orders and in the end being sorry for what happened. His letter came too late, he knew for sure what would happen,he took the money and then came up with a sad story about divorce etc....If he was so honest he would have suspended orders a long time ago when he knew the difficulties started, instead of that he kept his website taking orders knowing he would never be able to fulfill the orders he received. If he was so honest , he should have told future customers that he was encountering difficulties and suspended his website...instead of that ,he has been waiting until the very end to come and cry to find some excuses pretending he would honor the previous orders. I don't believe him, he knew about his difficulties a long time before and if he was so honest, he should have shared his company difficulties with his customers. He's been supported by many people, such a lack of respect....... I'm sorry to say this, i really did believe in his project, this was really promising, and i'm more frustrated today by the fact he could not deliver it than by the money i lost considering that money in fact would be a support for such a product.. From the begining all of this was too good to be true.....chinese stuff is not really what we look for ,...but in the end they deliver.....is that supposed to be the future of flightsim??? I know for a fact this isn't true, something that'd borne out by recent Comms from Chris himself. If you're so concerned about that fact he could not deliver products, now that he's working to fulfill those obligations still, I expect to hear an apology from you here. Although, sadly I doubt you have the integrity to do so, because it's so much easier to spout uneducated drivel and call someone a crook, than showna bit of empathy and understand life from someone else's shoes. April 26, 20242 yr Yes my apologies here. Received an email from Chris yesterday. The Fulcrum site is back on track and passed orders are still there....... My apologies again........ Everything is explained in the email. Things are moving, wish him well and hope he can put his business back on track. Btw i've never asked any refunds on my orders, even when others were doing so,thinking it would help him to come thru, hence also my frustration.

The site is back on track and taking orders, so it seems he's slowly getting out of the clouds.... That's very good news for all of us..... Edited April 26, 20242 yr by bob_cool

April 27, 20242 yr Author Commercial Member Hi Bob I understand your frustration, it is totally warranted, you aren't the only one. For clarity, the site is up and all user accounts are available. I will not be taking any orders yet. Throttles will be made and sent with the remainder becoming available through the site. Proceeds from these sales obviously then go towards funding the next batch etc etc. Chris Owner, Fulcrum Simulator Controls. fulcrumsim.com facebook.com/fulcrumsimulatorcontrols instagram.com/fulcrumsimulatorcontrols twitter.com/Fulcrum_SC
April 27, 20242 yr Hi Chris. It's so good to see that things are starting to work out, and I hope you're doing better. Quick question: I just logged in to my account on the fulcrum website and it says "No order has been made". I have an order in for the yoke (#2994), and I received your email the other day so I assume I'm in the system. Just a bit worrying that the webpage didn't reflect this. Mag

Mag I have just checked and I can see your order in the system. I see that you originally checked out as a guest, or it is showing as guest checkout anyway. I have assigned this order to your user account so you should see it now. Let me know if you can't. We're all on here because we're Fulcrum fans! Yup, this. @tutmeister, your yoke is the crown jewel of my (fairly extensive) sim hardware collection. The biggest problem I have with it is that it makes most of my other hardware feel cheap. 😉 I'm delighted to see you getting back up and running!
