Adjusting Time in Saved Flight

I want to change the time in a saved flight.  However this option is greyed out when I load the flight (.flt).

Can it be changed?

No. Also you cannot change weather.

Have ASOBO stated why these parameters cannot be changed?

Not that I know of, you might want to check the MSFS forum for that, though.

Use FStarter, it will let you change time in the most easy way.

There is a way and it is easy to do, I will send the link of how to do it over the next day or so.  It made my life alot easier.
