On another note, I get the feeling today's developer update is going to cause rage lol.

This is my feeling, too.

The best they could do would referring to a detailed announcement to be made at next week's FSEXPO. Which would of course presuppose, they are willing to give one there.

Kind regards, Michael

    Well, at 74 yo I find it prudent not to plan anything a year ahead 😄 ! Of course its all about money. And this is great.  We give them money, more or less as much as I need to fill my SUV tank fo

Yes they do. But most give comprehensive information when they announce a new version before, or with, the trailer. All we belatedly got was 'your existing addons might work'.

They're doing the same thing they did when they announced 2020.

Consider this as a teaser trailer (like they do with movies). You will get the main trailer at a later date, together with a grovelling apology for not being perfect :wink:

Unless the system requirements are too much for my rig, I'm sure I'll do (as long as it's a one-time payment).

So much fun in this “niche” hobby!

Gotta love the thousands of reactions and continuing chatter (on all the forums, sites, and social media out there) about a single short MSFS 2024 trailer. Positive or negative, great to see the passion and interest in this sim.

@Greazer I am as well.

Just based on what we know already, I am going for the full Premium Deluxe Platinum Ultimate blow-out edition to secure my 33% discount in the 2024 marketplace of course! :biggrin:

As for graphic card updates, the announcement video was supremely smooth if you notice, and that would have been composed while using current video card technology, so I wouldn't worry about a 5000 series card just yet.

Here we have people needing 4000 series cards when Xbox is cheaper.   ¯\_(ツ)_/¯  I skip P3D from here on out. 😁

I have decided to wait...till 2024.

I chuck more money in my gas tank in a week than I have given MSFS in 3 years so yes, I will buy it and help support further development of the hobby I love.

So this 2024, is it something new?

I here MS 2035 is sounding promising.  Apparently will feature a lot of retro historical stuff like F35s and 737 Max's .
