Cannot move sim on new pc

Recommended Posts

My 7 year old pc died.  I'm trying to install MSFS2020  on new pc build but cant see the app in my library.  Tried to go on MS forums for support an that was a waste of time.  Don't want to repurchase and start from scratch after I had everything humming.

This is typically caused by not being logged in with the same Microsoft account that you used to originally buy the sim. I assume you bought it from the Microsoft Store - if yes, are you absolutely certain you are logged in with the correct account? Maybe you were logged in with a work account or something when you bought it?

If you bought from Steam, this is far less likely to happen so I'm just assuming it's the store version.
