I just tried the beta Nvidia drivers, and at least for me (with a 7900GT), the problem appears to have been solved. I can now access menus in full screen mode, with the mouse, and without pausing. Have any other 7000 series card users out there had any luck with this?

There is another thread going here on Avsim about this and someone managed to get someone over at Nvidia to look into it. The only common denominator is that it's Nvidia cards. They were able to recreate the problem and have put some kind of priority on it.MickeyKLAS
