September 21, 20232 yr signing out and back in inside msfs on the xbox users icon at top right sometimes cures the issue. if you are set up to pay by paypal and then turn off autologin on paypal, then you can't complete any sale in the marketplace. so you have to take paypal out of the payment wallet and then put it back in. if you pay by credit card, remove the card from wallet and then put it back in the wallet. both of the above have cured the issue of non completion buying in the marketplace for me 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Crystal Light VR.
