I had just one : TOGGLE AUTOPILOT MASTER and i removed it. Now I must do some tests.

😣. Same result. If I remove the throttle USB, the AP works again for HDG anyway. I can't get the NAV to work: the GPS indicator lights up white but doesn't turn green as it should.

I reinstall the drivers of Thrustmater but it does not change anything. Same result.

I would search for AUTOPILOT NAV in the CONTROLS OPTIONS Settings to check if it might have been assigned to any other button perhaps, could be even another USB device, equivalent to AUTOPILOT as I demonstrated earlier. in my configuration NAV1 HOLD is set to BUTTON 2 on my Honeycomb Bravo throttle quadrant.

I have no button assigned to any AUTO PILOTE options. I have checked all my controllers. My only way to activate the AUTOPILOT options is the mouse in the cockpit but it only works when I unplug the throttle before. I manage to get the GPS to work but I have to unplug the controller before launching MSFS.

I also tested this controller on another USB socket. Same result.

To go further, I will test G1000 on another aircraft and we will see ...

 

I have tested the G1000 AP with B58 (default)  and got exactly the same result ...

Delete the throttle profile you have, and assign a new one with no settings at all except what you need to control the throttle. 

This was my next intention. I have had a similar problem with a controller in the past that i resolved like this.  Don’t know why I don’t have the idea faster. I simply used the default throttle profile and it worked like a charm.😀
