Acceleration and Windows XP are OK so far...

Recommended Posts

I'm assuming there are many simmers who have not or will not be upgrading to Vista in the short term. I installed Acceleration last night and the Realair planes are not affected. I think most of the issues occurring with decreasing fps, missing textures, missing oceans etc are a combination of DX10, drivers and add-ons. So far zero issues for me. The F18 is fun to fly and I'm practicing touch and goes at a local field before heading out to a carrier. I still get blurries of ground textures, but at 800 feet AGL and 800+ knots who cares!!!! I figured out what Acceleration is all about: http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/179471.jpg
