Please next time give me the airport and the exact utc time and preferably the callsign too. Then I'll pass that info to Balthasar of RT.

I made another recording from Heathrow today. It happens basically on all airports for me.

Flight: TAM8084 - time: 14:08 UTC

What I can see in Little Navmap is that the descend rate is jumping from negative to positive all the time and then the plane basically flies like a low pass for a period of time and then drops onto the runway and does a extreme fast desceleration on the runway

Thanks for that nice video. I replaced it in historic mode, and it landed perfectly, just like the 3 before it.

Could you check airport altitude (ft) in the airport file you are using. It must be 83 ft. It looks as if the file in the archive has a wrong (0) value.

Oh boy, you have directed me to a place in my program that really needs the local qnh...
In PSXTraffic 4.0+ I no longer read the qnh from RT because all altitudes from RTv10 are already in gps alts, but now I see I must read it. ...

I will change that in version  4.1. Then these strange landings will be over. Sorry.

Aside form the strange ground behaviors already discussed, as well as the strange altitude issues, I just now got some very strange traffic at KDEN, where I have always had excellent ground coverage and movements:

No need to be sorry, you offer us an amazing product for free. We can only help where possible to test and make it better!

I know PSXT for FSX-SE is no longer supported, but would this bug also exist in the FSX version too?

Thanks for the quick response 🙂

I did run a test at LHR with 4.1.0 but unfortunately the issue seems not to be fully resolved. The plane now almost lands, then goes up again before finally going down onto the runway

No that is something different. That has happend before. I don't think you will see that constantly.

I watched EGLL for about half an hour and saw all about 20 planes land normally.

BTW what EGLL airport addon are you using? Make sure the altitude in feet is 83.

I have finally found some time to use the MSFS again. I no longer have any statics at all at Spanish airports. Is this also due to RT v10? It works fine in Germany, for example.

No, static aircraft have nothing do with RealTraffic, they are defined in airport files. You probably have not set your parameers correctly. Set Park Soft too for instance.,

Yes, I know, it doesn’t matter if soft parking is enabled. But it also worked in Spain before. The correct airport file is also loaded, but still Static:0. Have you tried LEPA or LEIB since the update?

No, but LEBL works fine.
