TDS GTNXi TWAS System Check volume

Featured Replies

I have the MSFS audio settings set up the way everything sounds like the way as it should except for the one thing - the TDS GTNXi sounds are way too loud. Any way to lower the volume of those alerts? Which slider in MSFS audio settings controls GTNXi sounds?

I believe you can use the Windows Audio Mixer in the Toolbar to control the GTN sounds independently of the MSFS settings.

I am not by my pc right now to check, but thought the TDS GTN had its own volume control. Maybe under settings/setup or system?

Didn't think of checking Windows Audio Mixer. I was trying to control the volume in the sim.

Got home and did some checking. It looks like in the GTN itself, you can set the click volume (under System/Audio), but that is all.

Hello,

The TDS GTNXi can control the volume of all sounds via the System/Audio (Click Volume), so this is not just clicks, but the TAWS voice as well.

Ah, I should have tested for that. I just went by the label on the control. Thanks very much for the info!
