Multiple airports in a 8NM radius

Good day everyone. 
 

I’m trying to determine how to set my settings to better suit flying into NYC. When ever I’m flying out of JFK I constantly have issues with performance. I noticed that the injector was taking into account traffic from EWR and LGA. Both which have a very large influx of aircraft. Changing the injection radius to 4NM immediately brought back acceptable performance. My question is what we can do to improve performance automatically even one lands in an airspace like this?

I’ve been having getting very frustrated with this issue. Most of my landing are messed up due to sim pausing forna while when the traffic is loading at the arrival airport literally as I’m on final or as I touch down on the runway. I’ve tried many things to solve this but nothing helps. 
 

The only solution that comes to mind is when you enter your arrival airport not only does learning take place but also all the aircraft will be loaded at the arrival airport so when we arrive there won’t be a need for that last min. loading of aircraft.

Keep overfly range at 0

You will not get ground traffic at EWR and LGA, only airborne. 

It is not very realistic to block that too.

Ticking Automatic lateral range will not help much in your situation because if starts at 8nm.

You have yo set it manually I am afraid or reduce the number of aircraft by setting live matching at 2,  or suppress light aircraft and helicopters.
